Luxe Med Spa has a 48-Hour Cancellation Policy.  Please refer to our policy page for further details. 

Guests

To ensure a safe, serene, and professional environment for all clients, Luxe Med Spa allows one guest per appointment. All guests must be 18 years of age or older and will be asked to remain in the treatment room or designated waiting area during your service.

We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing additional guests or children to your appointment. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain the relaxing atmosphere our clients expect.

Treatment Age

To book an appointment at Luxe Med Spa, clients must be 18 years of age or older. We do not offer treatments to minors, even with parental consent.

Medical Contraindications

At Luxe Med Spa, patient safety is our top priority. Our providers reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if a client presents with a medical contraindication or for any reason that raises clinical concern. Luxe Med Spa maintains the discretion to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
