At Luxe Med Spa, we are committed to providing high-quality aesthetic and wellness services tailored to meet each client's individual needs. Client satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund policy below:
Service Refunds
All sales on services, including but not limited to injectables, skincare treatments, IV therapy, and medical weight loss services, are final. We do not offer refunds for services rendered. This includes dissatisfaction with results, as results may vary based on individual response and adherence to post-care instructions.
If you are unsatisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns and may offer a follow-up consultation or corrective treatment at the discretion of the provider.
Prepaid Packages and Memberships
Prepaid services, treatment packages, and memberships are non-refundable. If you are unable to use a prepaid service, it may be transferred to another service of equal or lesser value or to another person, pending management approval.
Retail Products
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for spa credit only. We do not offer refunds on opened or used products unless there is a documented allergic reaction, which must be reported within 72 hours of use.
Deposits and Cancellations
Deposits made to secure appointments are non-refundable. However, they may be applied to a rescheduled service if the appointment is changed with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. A credit card is required to book all appointments.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved (product returns or billing errors), it will be processed to the original payment method or issued as a credit to be used at Luxe Med Spa. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
