At Luxe Med Spa, our Health & Wellness services are designed to provide thoughtful, individualized care in a comfortable and welcoming setting. We take a comprehensive approach to concerns such as sleep, fatigue, weight management, body composition, mental health, and medication management, with each visit focused on your unique health history, symptoms, goals, and overall well-being.
Whether you are seeking general wellness guidance, ongoing weight loss support, or psychiatric evaluation and medication management, our goal is to provide evidence-based recommendations, clear education, and personalized treatment planning to help you feel supported and confident in your care.
Luxe Med Spa is a self-pay practice and does not bill or accept health insurance for Health & Wellness or Psychiatry services. Payment is due at the time of service. Upon request, we may provide documentation that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement; reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual plan.

Health and Wellness Consultation
60 minutes | $150
A comprehensive medical wellness visit for concerns such as sleep difficulties, fatigue, low energy, stress, vitamin or nutritional concerns, medication or supplement questions, and general health optimization.
Your visit includes a review of your health history, symptoms, current medications and supplements, lifestyle factors, and individualized recommendations. Laboratory testing or treatment may be recommended when clinically appropriate.

Health & Wellness Follow-Up
30 minutes | $85
A focused follow-up visit for established Health & Wellness patients to review progress, symptoms, treatment response, medications, supplements, or laboratory results and make adjustments to your wellness plan as appropriate.

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
75 minutes | $250
A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation for adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, mood changes, or other mental health symptoms.
Your visit includes a detailed review of your current symptoms, psychiatric and medical history, medications, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals. An individualized treatment plan will be developed, and medication may be prescribed when clinically appropriate.

Psychiatric Medication Management Follow-Up
30 minutes | $125
For established psychiatric patients receiving medication management through Luxe Med Spa.
Your appointment includes review of current symptoms, medication effectiveness, potential side effects, overall functioning, and treatment progress. Medication adjustments and additional treatment recommendations may be made when clinically appropriate.

Extended Psychiatric Follow-Up
40 minutes | $175
An extended follow-up for established psychiatric patients who need additional time for multiple concerns, significant medication changes, worsening symptoms, or a more detailed reassessment of their treatment plan.

Body Composition Scan
10–15 minutes | $35
A standalone body composition scan to track measurements such as weight, body fat, muscle mass, visceral fat, and overall progress. Includes a brief review of your results.
This service does not include medical weight loss counseling or medication management.

Weight Loss Accountability Visit
20–30 minutes | $60
A personalized visit for individuals seeking professional guidance, accountability, and support with weight loss or weight maintenance.
Your visit may include review of nutrition and protein intake, hydration, physical activity, lifestyle habits, challenges, weight loss plateaus, and individualized goal setting.
This service does not include a body composition scan or management of weight loss medication prescribed by another provider.

Weight Loss Accountability + Body Composition
20–30 minutes | $75
Monthly weight loss support for individuals who would like professional accountability along with body composition tracking.
Includes a body composition scan, progress review, nutrition and protein goals, hydration, activity, lifestyle guidance, and individualized goals for the upcoming month.
This service does not include prescribing, refilling, or adjusting weight loss medication obtained through another healthcare provider.
