  • We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

  • Luxe Med Spa reserves the right to refuse treatment to anyone for medical or professional reasons.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All services must be paid in full at the time of treatment.

  • We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be given for services rendered. Packages and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Individual results may vary. Luxe Med Spa makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any treatment. Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired results.
