Service Description

This service are for those who are NOT in one of our weight loss programs. A personalized visit for individuals seeking professional guidance, accountability, and support with weight loss or weight maintenance. Your visit may include review of nutrition and protein intake, hydration, physical activity, lifestyle habits, challenges, weight loss plateaus, and individualized goal setting. This service does not include a body composition scan or management of weight loss medication prescribed by another provider.
