Service Description

This appointment is for those who are NOT in one of our weight loss programs. Monthly weight loss support for individuals who would like professional accountability along with body composition tracking. Includes a body composition scan, progress review, nutrition and protein goals, hydration, activity, lifestyle guidance, and individualized goals for the upcoming month. This service does not include prescribing, refilling, or adjusting weight loss medication obtained through another healthcare provider.
