Service Description
For established psychiatric patients receiving medication management through Luxe Med Spa. Your appointment includes review of current symptoms, medication effectiveness, potential side effects, overall functioning, and treatment progress. Medication adjustments and additional treatment recommendations may be made when clinically appropriate.
Cancellation Policy
Luxe Med Spa is a self-pay practice and does not bill or accept health insurance for Health & Wellness or Psychiatry services. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept eligible FSA/HSA and flexible spending cards when applicable. Upon request, an itemized receipt can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company or benefits administrator for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined by your individual insurance plan or benefits administrator. Patients are responsible for verifying coverage, eligibility, and reimbursement requirements directly with their insurance or FSA/HSA provider.
